Joel Edgerton
Joel Edgerton (nascido em 23 de junho de 1974) é um ator, diretor, roteirista e produtor australiano. Ele apareceu nos filmes Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002), Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Warrior (2011), Zero Dark Thirty (2012), The Great Gatsby (2013), Black Mass (2015), Loving (2016), It Comes at Night (2017), Red Sparrow (2018) e The King (2019). Em 2015, Edgerton foi indicado ao Directors Guild of America Award por Direção Excepcional – Primeiro Filme por The Gift, um filme de terror psicológico que ele escreveu, dirigiu, co-produziu e no qual também atuou. Edgerton recebeu ainda mais aclamação da crítica por sua atuação como Richard Loving no drama histórico Loving de 2016, pelo qual foi indicado ao Golden Globe Award de Melhor Ator. Em 2018, ele escreveu, dirigiu e estrelou o drama Boy Erased, sobre terapia de conversão gay. Em 2019, ele estrelou e co-escreveu The King.
